Order Process
- Your order is placed.
- Parts are ordered.
- Email is sent with estimated build and ship dates.
- Parts are received and inspected.
- Order is built, tested, and final inspected.
- Order is packaged and label created.
- Package is shipped and you are notified of tracking information.
Delivery Process
Delivery is carried out via USPS, all delivery information will be available via your tracking info. J.B. Mechanica cannot provide you with any further information throughout this period.
Warranty
All of our watches come with a 1 year warranty covering the following cases:
- Defective or non-working movement.
- Scratched or blemished dial surface.
- Broken Bracelet / Blemished Strap.
- Loose or Fallen-off hands.
We do not cover any of the following :
- Scratches or Blemishes on the crystal, case, or any other exterior surface due to normal wear and tear.
- Torn or Broken straps and bracelets which show signs of excessive misuse or abuse.
- Movements which show signs of tampering.
- Cross-threaded crown stems or case backs. (We don't ship them like this so we don't expect them back this way.)
- Loose or broken bezels.
Water Resistance
While most of our models are significantly more capable, we only guarantee splash / rain resistance 30m/3ATM and will not warranty any watch that has been water-logged.
